Initial Consultation
60/90 minutes – £140
In this comprehensive consultation, we’ll take a deep dive into your main concerns, symptoms, and the goals you’d like to achieve. Using a detailed health questionnaire, we’ll explore your medical and family history, lifestyle, diet, exercise habits, sleep patterns, stress management techniques, social interactions, personal interests, and any medications.
This confidential and supportive space allows you to share what matters most to you. Depending on your needs, advanced testing such as blood or stool analysis (e.g., microbiome testing) may be recommended to uncover underlying factors contributing to your symptoms. These insights will help us refine and personalize your plan.
Within 4–5 days after our session, you’ll receive a tailored protocol summarizing our consultation. This will include practical, actionable recommendations on nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, and, if necessary, supplement suggestions designed to help you move closer to your health goals.

We'll revise your nutritional plan, discuss your progress, and adjust supplements as needed. Follow-ups generally occur 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation. However, this depends on individual cases. Some patients may need bi-weekly monitoring until they achieve their desired results, depending on the assigned protocol and symptoms.
Recognize that changes in the body take at least 3 months to manifest. Therefore, 3-4 follow-up appointments are necessary to monitor progress. These are never one-off sessions, as that's not enough time for results to be evident.
These sessions allow us to maintain close contact, monitor results, and make adjustments as necessary.
In between follow-ups, we also provide support and check-ins through emails.
Further follow-ups might be necessary or desired to track progress on your healing journey, depending on each case
