This is a confidential, supportive space where you can share what matters most to you. If needed, I may recommend advanced testing (e.g., bloodwork, stool analysis, microbiome testing) to uncover underlying factors affecting your health. These insights will help refine and personalize your wellness plan.
Within 4–5 days, you’ll receive a personalized protocol summarizing our consultation. This will include:
Practical, actionable nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

Follow-Up Consultations
Follow-up sessions are essential for tracking your progress, refining your nutritional plan, and adjusting supplements as needed. These sessions typically occur every 2–4 weeks after the initial consultation, but frequency depends on individual needs. Some clients may require bi-weekly monitoring based on their symptoms and protocol.
Why Follow-Ups Matter:
The body takes at least 3 months to show meaningful changes.
3–4 follow-up appointments are recommended to ensure steady progress.
These are not one-off sessions, as true transformation requires ongoing support and adjustments.
During follow-ups, we stay in close contact, track your results, and make necessary modifications to your plan. Between sessions, email check-ins provide additional support, ensuring you feel guided every step of the way.
Additional follow-ups may be necessary or desired depending on your progress and healing journey.
